Student Scholarship winner announced

Abigail Kreczmer is the winner of the first Child of ILSPAN Member, Nursing Student Scholarship. Abby will be a freshman at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI this Fall. In her essay, she discusses being a CNA during the pandemic and how it shaped her desire to be a nurse. She writes, "I want to be a nurse for not only the ability to save someone’s life but be that person for someone who has no one else. Abby will be receiving $500 to be used toward her Nursing degree.
