Position Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our healthcare team at both Huron and Erie facilities on an as-needed basis. This position requires a commitment to work 2 12-hour shifts within a 4-week schedule at each location and one on-call shift during the same timeframe. Additionally, the role involves working 2 holidays per year. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Nursing degree (BSN preferred)
  • CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Monitor and accurately document patient vital signs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver holistic patient care
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies

Compensation for the Registered Nurse position is $37.50- $46.50 based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
