The Office Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a professional caregiver responsible for delivering patient-focused healthcare in an outpatient setting. This role involves clinical assessment, effective communication, and problem-solving to ensure high-quality care. The LPN must be proficient in operating various medical devices and technologies required for patient care.
The LPN provides care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, as defined in the scope of care. This position requires collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members to support a positive care experience.

- Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 
 
- Morton Grove: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
 - Zion: Tuesday

- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois
 - CPR certification required
 - Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical or oncology experience preferred
 - Prior office/clinic experience desirable
