PACU RN at Adventist Health Central Valley Network
In year 2015 I was one of the first group recipients of Research fellowship and compleated the nurse initiated research in comparing a pain medications during the eye muscle surgery in children ages 3 to 10 years old. Research is presented in Denver on Society of Pediatric Nurses (SPN ) conference and in Anaheim on American Society of Peri Anesthesia Nurses ( ASPAN ). In cathegory for researc project ASPAN avarder me a first place for the poster. In May I was recipient of Nancy Ross award and I am accepted to Washington University School of engineering and applied science for my masters degree.. Research article published in ASPAN journal, December 2019.. Second study is completed and presented at ASPAN National Conference in Philadelphia in 2022. Article was published in Octobar 2022 in JOPAN Journal. As ILSPAN district 3 director I successfully organized first ILSPAN webinar Fall Conference .I am curently serving a seco d term as ILSPAN director and compleated Masters Degree in Healthcare Operational Exelence from Washington University in August 2023. Curently at the last semester of DNP from Goldfarb School of Nursing and completing the Doctoral project that will be presented at 16th Anual BJC EBP Conference.
