Skilled in Post Anesthesia Care, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Critical Care Medicine, and Healthcare Management. Strong support professional with a Master's degree focused in Nursing Management from Regis University.

Senior Manager at St. Louis Children's Hospital
Serves as a member of hospital leadership team responsible for all operations, financial stewardship, strategic functions of a comprehensive patient experience and guest services team at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and BJC Healthcare. Leads the Center for Families, Volunteer Services, Medical Library, Patient and Family Centered Care & Family Partners, Petsmart Paws for Hope pet therapy program, operations and partnership for the Ronald McDonald Family Rooms. Leads a multidisciplinary approach to SLCH patient experience work including interpretation of data, support of house-wide partnerships, participation at BJC system patient experience forum, and Service metric management. Builds partnerships, standards for service, integrates “voice of the patient family” and evidence based patient experience practices through a diverse pediatric lens, works closely with leadership teams to analyze patient experience survey results and identify, prioritize, plan and oversee improvement work.
