Target Audience:
All perianesthesia nurses and allied health care professionals interested in the specialty of perianesthesia.
Outcome: To enable the perianesthesia nurse to increase knowledge on adverse events in the ambulatory setting, the pharmacology of antidepressants, antipsychotics and anesthesia, oxygen delivery, the legal implications for the perianesthesia nurse, the latest trends in the pediatric patient, and strategies for creating a healthy work environment.
Coverall Program Objective:
- Discuss key topics and essential skills for nurses in all phases of perianesthesia nursing.
